Como esta?
Mucho gracias!!! y mi gusta
I'm still pretty new to learning Spanish- been doing some home study off and on for a year or two. It's been pretty half hazard lately. Just took a vacation to Florida, and it really sparked my interest to get back into really learning to speak the language. I'm at the point where I can understand a lot of what I read, but listening to conversations is another thing altogether. I'm sure this site will be a great help, and I'm looking forward to getting to meet everyone.

I replied to your email about this, did you not get it? Click this link
This is the page where the free lessons are. Just look down towards the bottom and you will see 4 links to beginners lessons and 4 to intermediate to advanced. Click the lesson you wish to view.
If you can't see the videos it is because you need to have adobe flash player installed on your computer - a link to download that for free is on the main www.spanishlanguagesite.com page. You need a broadband connection to view the video lessons as a dial up connection isn't usually fast enough.
Let me know if you have any problems.

I have lived in Spain for 3yrs, and I have tried to teach my self with a number of books and ipods, when I speak to other people I think I have done fairly well, as they don't seem to understand as much as I do. I also went to a tutor for 6mths which I enjoyed. I am normally fine on paper, but orally I don't always pick everything up, because just like us the spanish are lazy with there speech.
So there you go we'll see how I get on, either way I will enjoy myself.
cheers Kathryn
I have not moved yet but I will be living in Murcia. I am trying to pick up my Spanish once I move, I don't have too much opportunities and time to practices now. This looks like a great group.
Thanks,
Fiona
